We are committed to providing helpful documentation for all users of tedana. The documentation is hosted at a "ReadTheDocs" site: https://tedana.readthedocs.io and includes support and tutorials on how to use tedana, why you would want to conduct echo time dependent analysis, a collection of key references from the published literature, numpy formatted doc strings from individual functions and modules, a transparent explanation of the different decisions that are made through the tedana pipeline, and the different processing steps that are conducted in different workflows.
